RESONANCES brings together for the first time the works of Robert Pous and Pablo Leonardo Martínez, two artists whose practices, though different in language, find common ground in the exploration of energy and perception.
Robert Pous develops his practice at the crossroads of art, science, and philosophy, exploring how geometry and perception shape our understanding of time and space. His work is structured around three conceptual axes: Morphologies of Time, Morphologies of Space, and Human Morphologies. In these investigations, he reflects on transformation, memory, and the body, using geometric and organic forms to create a dialogue between abstraction and experience.
Through drawings, paintings, and sculptures, Pous transforms complex ideas into visual languages that are at once rigorous and poetic. His pieces invite viewers into an immersive process of contemplation, where form becomes a metaphor for human identity and the passage of time.
Pablo Leonardo Martínez develops a minimalist yet powerful practice, where matter itself becomes the source of energy and expression. His work often strips away ornament and excess, allowing raw material and precise form to reveal an intensity that resonates beyond the purely visual. Through sculpture and installation, Martínez explores the tension between austerity and vitality, creating pieces that feel at once restrained and forceful. His language is defined by clarity, balance, and the search for essential gestures that transcend surface. Each work operates as a concentrated presence, sparking an immediate emotional and physical response in the viewer.
